An Indian feast. For vegetarians.

An Indian feast is meal of incomparable flavours, from light and fragrant, to chilli hot, to earthy and subtle. We will spend a day cooking tarkha dhal, cachumber salad, vegetable makhanawala, kidney bean curry, vegetable samosa, Spinach with green chilli, yoghurt and paneer, smoky aubergine with tomato ginger and coriander as well as fresh chutney, bread and cardamom shortbread with mango fool. Each dish a meal in itself, together it makes a feast. As always, sit down at the end of the day for a drink, our food and the guest of your choice.
