A cookery workshop for the young person who is leaving home for the world of work or university. A day class covering 10 simple dishes that are easy to learn as well as delicious. Sicilian meatballs, Bolognaise, Thai minced beef with chilli and Basil, cottage pie, Roast chicken and all the rest, risotto, simple curry, dahl, chicken shawarma with pita bread and hot sauce, the way to make soup.
